全体国际员工：
根据武汉市公安局出入境管理局的相关法律规定及公司的相关纪律规定，国际员工在中国留学期间必须遵守中国的法律法规和公司校纪校规。为加强丹桂苑内国际员工的安全管理，现紧急通知如下：
1. 员工须严格遵守《122cc太阳集成游戏国际员工手册》、《122cc太阳集成游戏来华职工公寓住宿管理办法》中规定的员工作息制度。原则上，23：30后不允许外出，如遇生病等紧急情况，须在前台登记后方可外出。员工因夜间外出而违反相关学校规定的行为将被记载至员工个人档案，视情节轻重由学院统一批评、通报或处罚，情节严重者将直接开除学籍。
2. 近期，学院将对丹桂苑内的员工安全问题进行严格管理、专项检查。学院将联合喻家山派出所、校保卫处、物业服务中心对丹桂苑内的夜间安全情况进行实时监管，对相关违法违纪行为作出相应处罚。
3. 公司国际员工不得在校内外酗酒。23：30后，员工须按时回到寝室内休息，保持公寓楼内的安静环境，不得在楼内或楼外大声喧哗、影响他人休息。
加强国际员工的夜间安全管理工作将常态化。望同学们相互告知，积极配合，共同打造安定和谐的校园环境。

Notice about Strengthening Night Safety Management in Dangui Plaza
To all international students,
In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau and China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), international students must obey China’s laws and regulations during their stay in China. To strengthen the safety management at night for international students in Dangui Plaza, there is an urgent notice as follows.
1. Students should strictly keep to CUG’s work and rest timetable stipulated in International Student Handbook of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and International Student Apartment Administration Measure of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). It is not allowed to go out after 23:30 in principle. If students are having emergencies such as illness, they can go out after making registration at the reception. Any violation of the related laws and regulations due to going out at night will be recorded into students’ personal archives, and the college will give criticism, warnings or punishment depending on the specifics. Those who commit serious violations will be expelled from CUG.
2. Recently, the college will make strict management and special examinations targeting at students’ safety in Dangui Plaza. The college will conduct a 24-hour supervision of the safety issues at night in Dangui Plaza, which is in close cooperation with Yujiashan Police Station, CUG Security Administration and the Property Services Centre, and give punishments to those who commit violations of relevant laws and regulations.
3. All international students in CUG shall not indulge in excessive drinking both on campus and off campus. Students are supposed to go back to their room and have rest after 23:30. To keep a quiet and comfortable environment in Dangui Plaza, it is not allowed to make noises or have any other activity that may disturb other students’ rest.
Works on strengthening the safety management at night for international students in Dangui plaza will be normalized in the future. It is expected that all students can actively cooperate with the college and make a joint effort on establishing a peaceful and harmonious campus residence.
