2019届夏季毕业职工：
To 2019 summer international graduates:
为树立榜样，鼓励先进，根据《122cc太阳集成游戏先进毕业班、优秀毕业生评选办法》和《研究生评优奖励办法》，现将本年度优秀毕业生的评选工作通知如下：
In order to set an example and encourage advanced students: according to the CUG (Wuhan) Advanced Graduating Class and Excellent Graduates Selection Documents and Graduate Students Evaluation Reward Documents, the selection of excellent graduates for this year is notified as follows:
一、评选对象(Selection Target)
优秀毕业生评选对象为122cc太阳集成游戏2019届全体毕业生。
The selection of excellent graduates is for all 2019 graduates from the International Education College.
二、评选条件(Selection Condition)
（1）窗体顶端
1. 优秀国际员工毕业生（本科生、研究生）基本条件
Basic conditions for excellent international graduates (undergraduate and graduate students)
(1) 申请人身心健康，对中国和中国人民友好，热爱母校；遵纪守法，品德优秀，无犯罪纪录，有较强的诚信意识。
Applicant is physically and mentally healthy, friendly to China and the Chinese people and love school with personalities of law-abiding, excellent morality, no criminal record as well as strong sense of integrity.
崇尚科学精神，热爱所学专业，追求学术卓越，学习态度端正，学习期间成绩优良（GPA ≥ 3.5)。
Advocating the spirit of science, loving the major and the pursuit for academic are excellent with correct attitude towards learning, excellent school performance (GPA ≥ 3.5).
积极参加校内外各类文体活动。
Actively participate in all kinds of stylistic activities both inside and outside the school.
在校期间凡有下列情况之一者，不得参加评选:违反校纪校规、院纪院规现象；无签证超期、非法居留等违法犯罪情况；不能正常毕业者。

During the school period, any student who has one of the following circumstances shall not participate in the selection: violation of the disciplines and rules in school or department;the visa out of date, illegal residence and other illegal crimes; the students who cannot graduate properly.
优秀国际员工毕业生（本科生、研究生）直接当选条件
Special conditions for excellent international graduates (undergraduate, graduate students)
国际员工应届毕业生中符合优秀毕业生的基本条件，且具备以下条件之一者：
The international graduate meets the basic conditions and has one of the following conditions will be selected to excellent graduates directly:
综合表现优秀，曾获国家级或省级荣誉者。
Anyone has won national or provincial honors with excellent school performance.
学习成绩优良，除申请学位授予研究成果以外，需有研究成果发表在公司认定的T2及以上级别的期刊目录上。
Excellent academic performance. Academic thesis has published in the journal catalogue of T2 and above identified by our school except the degree-applying thesis.
被国家级治理序列或国际组织录取者，并出示录取证明。
Anyone enrolled by the national government or international organization and the related certificate by the national government or international organization is needed.
三、评选名额与奖励 (Selection Quota and Reward)
名额: Quota
优秀毕业生：16个 （名额以2019届毕业生人数10%的比例为参考）
本科生：2 个 硕士生：12个 博士生：2 个
Excellent graduates: 16 (with a reference to 2019 graduates in 10%)
Undergraduate: 2 Master: 12 PhD: 2
奖励: Reward
荣获 “优秀毕业生” 颁发荣誉证书，本科生颁发奖品，研究生颁发200元奖金/人。
“Excellent Graduates” will be awarded a certificate of honor with prize（undergraduate）and 200 yuan/person (Master & PhD).
四、评选组织 (Selection Organization)
1. 公司评选工作小组负责全面组织评选工作。在个人申请、推荐基础上由学院员工工作小组确定公示名单，在学院公示3天无异议后，经学院审定后审批。
The college selection group is responsible for the overall organization of the selection process. On the basis of individual application and recommendation, the excellent graduates list will be determined by the college selection group. After the list has been publicized for 3 days without objection, it will be approved by the college after approval.
凡被评为“优秀毕业生”本人，若在离校前有严重违反校纪校规及违法行为者，一律取消评选资格和荣誉称号。
Anyone who has been rated as “Excellent Graduate” will be disqualified if he or she has serious violation of school rules and regulations before graduation.
五、评选流程 (Selection Procedure)
1. 申请人填写《122cc太阳集成游戏优秀毕业生申请表》；
Applicant should fill in the Application Form for Excellent International Graduates from CUG；
申请人提交一份推荐信，要求以第三人称书写不少于1000字（中英文皆可），图文并茂；
A letter of recommendation is required no less than 1000 words (in Chinese or English)and written in the third person with pictures;
3. 申请人须提交成绩单以待审核;
Applicant is required to submit transcripts for review;
4. 将申请表和相关材料交至122cc太阳集成游戏（办公室215）Alice老师；
Please submit the application form and related materials to the International Education College (Office 215) Mrs. Alice;
5. 截止时间：2019年05月22日 下午 05:30 ；
Deadline: May 22, 2019, 05:30 PM;
6. 公司审批时间：2019年05月23日至05月24日；
Approval Time: May 23 to 24 in 2019;
7. 获奖员工名单公示时间：2019年05月25日 至05月27日。
Final list published: May 25 to 27 in 2019.
